Why we built this
The shop owners we know — barbers, stylists, HVAC techs, roofers — don't sit at a desk waiting for the phone to ring. They're with a customer, on a roof, under a hood, or finishing a fade. The phone rings, they can't pick up, and the lead disappears.
Traditional answering services charge per minute and feel like a relic. Voicemail is worse — most callers won't leave one. We built VoxPro because the technology to actually answer those calls properly, in English or Spanish, exists. It just hadn't been packaged for shops with two chairs and a paper appointment book.
