Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of VoxPro AI. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

VoxPro AI provides an AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and follows up by SMS or email on behalf of small businesses. We may update features, pricing, and availability over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoxPro to:

  • Violate any law, including telemarketing, robocalling, and consumer protection rules.
  • Impersonate any person or business.
  • Send spam, scams, or harassing messages.
  • Harvest personal information without consent.
  • Reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of any greetings, prompts, or scripts you configure, and for any disclosures (including call-recording notices) required by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription, billing, cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees, if any, are disclosed at signup and are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@getvoxpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate partial months.

If a payment fails, we may suspend the service until billing is resolved.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep VoxPro available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telephony, AI providers, and the public internet can fail. We will give reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the call recordings, transcripts, scripts, and customer data that flow through your VoxPro account ("Your Content"). You grant VoxPro a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. AI output

Like any AI system, VoxPro can occasionally make mistakes — misunderstand a caller, mis-schedule an appointment, or generate an inaccurate response. You agree to review outputs that matter (bookings, payments, sensitive details) and not to rely on VoxPro for medical, legal, or emergency decisions. For emergencies, callers should always be directed to call 911 or the appropriate local service.

8. Intellectual property

VoxPro and its logos, software, and content are owned by VoxPro AI. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxPro's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You can terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
